Snowshoe hiking
The best way to discover the wonders of nature is to hike through it. When the whole Valposchiavo is covered in snow, there is a peaceful and calm atmosphere. Hiking with snowshoes through snow-covered woodlands, looking for idyllic viewpoints overlooking mountain ridges, crossing frozen lakes: the Valposchiavo offers a variety of different and romantic excursions.
We can provide the following winter equipment for our guests:
- Snowshoes and snow sticks to borrow (with a fee)
- Avalanche transceiver, shovel and probe for a daily fee of CHF 10.-
