Swiss Region of Taste 2024
At the end of September 2023, Valposchiavo was named «Swiss Region of Taste 2024».
The recognition was given to Valposchiavo by the Fondation pour la promotion du Goût, organiser and promoter of the «Settimana Svizzera del Gusto» (Swiss Week of Taste). Thanks to the project and the collaboration with several partners in the area, Valposchiavo will offer a programme of culinary events and activities throughout the year.
The highlight of the programme will be the «Settimana del Gusto» (Week of Taste), the greatest gastronomic event in Switzerland celebrated from 12 to 22 September 2024. The absolute star products of the programme will be the local products from Valposchiavo, labelled «100% Valposchiavo» and «Fait sü in Valposchiavo».
